Foundation leaking? Basement smells off? Halo Water Proofing sends a real technician to your New Paris property, gives you a straight answer, and fixes it right the first time.
Free, no-obligation estimates · Written pricing
We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The New Paris technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old New Paris homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your New Paris basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell New Paris customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs New Paris homeowners connect to a basement problem.
Whatever's going on with your New Paris property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
A flooded New Paris basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews extract it fast and start drying the space the same visit.
Get Emergency Help →Seasonal ground movement in New Paris tends to widen existing cracks over time, so sealing early usually costs less than waiting.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →Some New Paris properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp New Paris crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial water intrusion means bigger stakes — inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial New Paris jobs with written specs and a real timeline.

We figure out fast whether this needs an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
Every New Paris quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
We've heard every New Paris horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
We quote the job in writing after seeing it in person, so there's no surprise on the final invoice.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
Our technicians are trained to diagnose accurately, not to upsell — that changes the advice you actually get.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Every New Paris job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
